Tiaunna Connelly

 Tiaunna Connelly was born February 25, 1986 and departed this life November 21, 2024. Tiaunna accepted Christ at a very young age and loved God with all her heart.  To know Tiaunna was to know her heart of gold. She gave selflessly, often putting others before herself. Her generosity and kindness touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Tiaunna was a graduate of Manzano High School, and went on to achieve her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of New Mexico and her Master of Arts at Webster University with a degree in Mental Health and Counseling. She dedicated over 15 years of her career to ARCA, where she made a lasting impact through her compassion and commitment to helping others. Tiaunna’s life was a testament to love, kindness, and connection. She had a special love for her family especially her niece and nephews, Zakariya, Luca, and ZaMarieus; and her godchildren Khyree, Khalil, and Kaliyah.  Tiaunna is survived by her loving parents Glenda Adams, Gary Mitchell, and William Connelly. Her siblings Tanasia Watts, Janeshia Sanchez (Anthony), Jessie Cupps, Jessica Caldwell, and Connor Connelly; her extended family of aunts, great-aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Tiaunna was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lenora McBeth and Montgomery Watts, Willie Mae and Charles Mitchell, and her great grandparents DC and Mattie “Nanny” Randall. Our family is forever grateful for the love and support Tiaunna gave throughout her short life. No words can fully express the profound pain and loss we feel in her absence. Her warmth, kindness, and spirit lives on in the many lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
