TaNiesha Monique Givens arrived on Tuesday, January 22nd, 1979, in Biloxi, Mississippi. She is the first-born child to Donald Golden and Yvette Davis Golden. Born at Keesler Air Force Base, a child of two Active-Duty Air Force parents, she traveled early and often, which undoubtedly contributed to her fierce and fearless love of travel.
Her academic prowess was presented at an early age and earned her early enrollment in first grade at the age of 5. She had an IQ of over 130 and those who knew her knew she loved putting it on display. She was a "perpetual" student, who after completing her high school studies, went on to earn two associate degrees and several health care related certificates.
She loved, loved, loved cooking and preparing a variety of foods and believed in the healing and health benefits of natural and homeopathic ingredients.
She was an eclectic free spirit who loved fiercely, fought intensely for what she believed and enjoyed having a hearty and healthy debate. She was a true romantic, ever in search of love, both giving and receiving it; and the greatest manifestation of her passion is her love for her children.
TaNiesha leaves to cherish her loving memory her parents; Yvette and Donald (Sonia); her six children, TyVell, Tahir, Ta’Ziyah, Tobias, Rayn, and Tzachai; her sister Rachael, and brother Donald II; her nephew Caiden, and niece Raél; her cousin/brother Kamau; the father of her children, Ray and a host of other family and friends
