Stephen Smith

Stephen W. Smith, 69, of Edgewood, NM passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017. he was born on November 30, 1947 to Willis and Evelyn (Mitchell) Smith of Emmetsburg, IA. Steve was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bernie Smith. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Liz Smith, of Edgewood, NM; children, Donovan Hill and wife, Katrina, of Edgewood, NM, Lelanya Yates and husband, Dr. Dusty Yates, of Lincoln, NM, Bart Hill and wife, Michelle, of Albuquerque, NM; five grandchildren; and sister, Rita Esquibel and husband, Frank, of Los Lunas, NM.

A Potluck Gathering to honor Steve's life will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Tijeras Senior Citizens Center, 10 Tijeras Avenue.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Stephen's honor to Albuquerque AA Center or your favorite charity.
