Age 12, went home to be with The Lord on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

Samantha was born on June 21, 2006 in Grants, NM.

She is survived by her father, Sam Thomas Jr., her mother Laurena Wilkens, her brother, Terrell Lamar Williams of Phoenix, AZ, her grandmother, Cathy Wilkins, her grandfather, Robert Wilkins of Albuquerque, NM, her uncle, Cecil Thrower of Dallas, TX, and her auntie Lisa Wilkins of Albuquerque, NM.

She is preceded in death by her brother Devon Hopkins of Albuquerque, NM., and her auntie Jackie Thor of Roswell, NM.

Samantha attended school at George Sanchez Middle School. She loved drawing, painting and dancing. She also loved playing games on her phone.

With her smile she always brought sunshine and happiness into her Daddy's life each and everyday. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 9, 2018, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 10, 2018 at 11:00 am. Both services will be held at Strong-Thorne Funeral Home, 1100 Coal Ave SE. Final resting place will be at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale SE immediately following the service.
