Robert (Bobby) Raymond Sánchez, born on June 15, 1968, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on July 29, 2023, in his hometown. He was surrounded by loved ones and his beloved fur babies. Robert was a talented individual who found joy in working with his hands and had a diverse range of interests.
One of Robert's passions was welding and leatherwork. He had a knack for creating beautiful and intricate pieces through these crafts. His attention to detail and dedication were evident in every project he undertook. Whether it was shaping metal or crafting unique leather goods, Robert's creations were always remarkable.
Not only was Robert skilled with his hands, but he also possessed a talent for calligraphy. His ability to artfully create beautiful lettering impressed everyone who saw his work. He had an eye for design and took great pleasure in showcasing his calligraphic skills whenever there was an opportunity.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, Robert found solace and enjoyment in working on motorcycles. He could often be found tinkering away at his beloved bikes, ensuring they were running smoothly. The thrill of the open road called to him, and he embraced the freedom that riding provided.
Robert's caring nature extended beyond his hobbies and into the lives of those around him. He had an unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand. No matter the task or the time of day, Robert was always there when anyone needed assistance or support.
Robert was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for many years. There he joined the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed helping out with church functions and fundraising to help people in the community. In 2015, Robert became a 4th degree Knight
For Robert, family played an integral role in his life. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones and created countless memories with them throughout the years. Virginia Ann Harrison was a proud mother who nurtured and supported her son throughout his life's journey.
Robert's passing is deeply mourned by Stella Sánchez, his beloved wife who stood by him through thick and thin for the last 37 years. They shared a bond built on love, companionship, and shared experiences that will be cherished forever. Robert's unwavering commitment to his family was evident in his relationships with his children, Alisia and Steven Sánchez. Together, they formed a strong and unbreakable bond.
In times of sorrow, family stands together, providing support and love to one another. Mother in law Irene Aragon, Sisters; Melissa Garcia (Tom) and Jennifer Littenburg (Kevin) Brothers; Donald Lewis, Eric Sánchez and Conrad Armijo, Godson James Garcia and Goddaughters LoriAnn Martinez, Jadelyn Sánchez, and Kayleigh Martinez and countless nieces, nephews and friends who were a pillar of strength during this difficult time. Not to forget his beloved fur babies Jax, Lily, Juju, and Chica. He is now with his boy Bubba. Through their shared grief, they find solace in the memories they hold dear.
Robert is preceded in death by mother Virginia Ann Harrison, father Felix Sánchez, father in law Roger Aragon, Grandparents Corrine and Charlie Harrison, Seferino and Delfina Sánchez and nephew Gene Sánchez.
Robert leaves behind cherished memories that will never be forgotten. The impact he had on the lives of those who knew him was profound, as he touched the hearts of many with his kindness and warm smile.
Robert (Bobby) Raymond Sánchez will be dearly missed by all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. His legacy lives on through the memories he leaves behind. May he rest in eternal peace knowing that he made a difference in the lives of so many.
