Parnell Fielder Sr. passed away on March 6, 2022.  Mr. Fielder was born September 3, 1950, Las Cruces, NM to Albert and Ethel Breazell-Fielder.  Mr. Fielder is survived by his wife, Lola M. Fielder, his six children, his brothers and sisters, and a number of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Mr. Fielder medically retired after working many years with the Bernalillo County Detention Center in Albuquerque, NM.  During his retirement years, Mr. Fielder enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, tinkering under the hood of cars, and home gardening.  He will be remembered for being playful and funny, generous, compassionate, and a larger-than-life kinda guy.
The service is scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Strong Thorne Life Event Center located at 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.  A reception for family and friends will be held in the reception room immediately following the service.  Parnell Fielder Sr. gave great joy to his family and friends and will be remembered in their hearts forever.
