Obituary
Minerva “Minnie” Morgan (64) was called home on Thursday December 17, 2020 in Albuquerque, NM. She was the wife of James “Tickey” Morgan. They shared 37 years together.
Minnie was born to Meliton and Adelida Carrillo on October 30, 1956 in Albuquerque, NM. She graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1974. She worked for Rio Rancho Public Schools transportation for 23 years until she retired in 2011. Minnie retired as a manager for Rio Rancho Public School Transportation.
Minerva was a member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family, especially her 10 grandchildren. She enjoyed using her creativity to create crafts and keepsakes for her loved ones. Minnie also enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.
Preceded in death by: her father & mother Meltion and Adelida Carrillio, Father In-Law Addlee Milton, Step Father in-law Fred Williams & Mother In-Law Ophelia Williams. Brothers Dennis (Connie), Meliton & Paul Carrillo. Sisters Marie, Lora, Sandra and Jaquelyn. Sister-in-law Veronica Carrillo and Brother-in-law Alvin Morgan. She is survived by her husband James “Tickey” Morgan, children Monica Carta (Ramon), LeAnn Allison (Bryan) and Adam. Grandchildren, Ariana, Adrian, Aaron, Andre, Layla, Lamont, DeiOndre, Jayda, Adrena & Neveah. Brother Filo Carrillo. Sisters Evelyn Montano (Isidro), Alice Corley (Eddie), Terry Navarez (Jose), Sister in-law Tersa Carrillo and a host of nieces, nephews, family members, friends and loved ones.
