Mary Louise Williams Peppler, 87, a lifelong resident ofAlbuquerque, passed away at home with family, to be with her Lord and Savior.
She retired as Senior Vice President ofInvestment Banking at First National Bank, Downtown Albuquerque, was a member ofthe National Association ofBank Women, and started the Albuquerque Christmas Lighting Contest. She was known for her expertise, knowledge, and hard work ethics which allowed her to take her skills to the State ofNew Mexico Treasurer's Office and held a NM Real Estate Broker License. Mary enjoyed serving on the Board of Albuquerque Boys and Girls Club and the Albuquerque Pilot Club.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband of63 years, Lauren H. Peppler and is survived by her two devoted daughters, Patricia L. Peppler and Mary L. Peppler. Mary is survived by four grandchildren Sam W. Roberts, Patricia L. Roberts, Elissa A. Peppler, Sharra L. Peppler/ Montgomery along with great grandchildren Jacob W. Roberts, Nevaeh R. Roberts, Haven J. Roberts, Wyatt E Montgomery and Aurora M. Montgomery.
Viewing will be held Monday June 25, 6:00pm-8:00 pm at Daniels FunerallStrong-Thome Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday June 26, 1 :30pm at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 300 Gold SE. In Lieu offlowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lutheran Ministries Media, Inc. 5 Martin Luther Dr, Fort Wayne, IN 46825-4996.
