Lillian Jane Moser, 90, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015, in Albuquerque, NM. She was born on November 20, 1924 to William Zack and Lilly Anna (Kuehn) Adams in Los Angeles, CA. She put herself through school earning an undergraduate degree from UCLA, a Masters Degree in Christian Education from San Francisco Theological Seminary, and a Masters Degree in Art Education from Arizona State University. She and her husband, Paul, whom she met at Seminary moved to Ketchikan, AK and had three boys, two before Alaska was even a state. She spent 39 years in Phoenix, AZ where she taught Art at West High School and Maryvale High School. She spent the last 13 years in Albuquerque, NM. Lillian was a member of La Mesa Presbyterian Church and the New Mexico Watercolor Association. She was a prolific and talented painter specializing in watercolor scenes of AZ and NM. Her hobbies included traveling, reading, and playing Bridge. She was always involved with her family and was very supportive of her three sons' and grandchildren's education along with numerous charities. She is survived by her children: Stephen Moser and wife, Anne Delling, of Taos, NM, James Moser and wife, Stacey, of Albuquerque, NM, and Kenneth Moser and wife, Julie, of Caronport, SK; grandchildren, Amanda Romero, Benjamin Moser, and Jon Moser. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque.
