Julian D. “Lolo” Hernandez was born on February 11th, 1943. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Great grandpa, Uncle, and friend.
Lolo was an avid softball player for over 50 years, playing on numerous teams throughout his life, including his last team, the Knights. He also had a passion for bowling and was a dedicated member of his team, the Saints.
Known for his outgoing nature, Lolo had a wide circle of acquaintances everywhere he went. He was the last surviving Son of Adrian and Julia (Rico) Hernandez, whom he is now reunited with in death. Lolo was also preceded in death by all his brothers and sisters, as well as his beloved Granddaughter Darla Hernandez who passed in 2021.
He is survived by Christine Martinez Daughter; Donna (Sal) Hernandez Son; Daniel Hernandez; Grandchildren Julian (Angel) Hernandez, Danielle (Ruby) Hernandez, Adrian Maximo Hernandez; Two Great Grandsons Lyrik Hernandez and Miguel (Miggie) Hernandez, and soon to arrive baby Lyam Hernandez to be born in June and last surviving sister in law Angela Hernandez. Additionally, he is survived by his Step-Daughter Jovanna (Michael) Martinez; Stepson Jacob Martinez; Step Granddaughter Lily Tahod; along with numerous nieces and nephews; cousins; extended family members; and friends.
Julian D. "Lolo" Hernandez will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
