Julia Elliott

Julia Elliott, 85, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Merle; son, Edward; grandson, Benjamin; and granddaughter, Roberta. Julia is survived by her children: Kathy, George, Diane, Lloyd, Greg, David, Joann, Robert, Jimmy, Shirley and Lisa. One of Julia’s greatest joys was being a grandmother to 29 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren, all who called her “Pemma.” Julia had an unwavering faith in God, love for her family, and is loved by many. She was a beautiful woman with an endearing smile and laughter that will live on in our hearts forever. Viewing and Visitation will be held from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM with the Funeral Service to begin at 6:30 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque.
