Jim & Patricia Bellettini

d. October 3, 2018

Much beloved by their family, James passed away on  November 10, 2016, and Patricia joined him on April 22, 2018.  A more loving and devoted couple could not be imagined.

Patricia was an attorney, whose practice focused on estate planning and trust administration.  She loved her work, taking seriously her responsibility to help those in challenging situations.  But Patricia was so much more.  She was our big sister, or our aunt, always caring for us.  She was our Mother’s caretaker before she became ill, and Mom was the better for it.  Patricia was an accomplished, self-taught artist, and she loved creating in the kitchen as well.  She was a friend to many.

Jim, our brother-in-law, was anything he wanted to be – a true Renaissance Man.  His careers included being manager of a vast hospital food service operation, funeral home director, law firm facilities manager, even traveling salesman and maintenance supervisor.  Jim would take on what was necessary in order to bring in money, and he did it gladly and with a sense of humor.

Jim and Patricia traveled around the country in their motor home for about a year.  This was a defining experience for them, as they had dreamed of travelling extensively and they saw it through.  On the way they saw America’s beauty and met her people, in town after town.

They were a couple to admire and emulate, showing love, devotion, and humor in everything they did together.  And now, they are together again.

Patricia is survived by Ann Bradley, her mother; sisters Martha Bradley-Dorsey, Susie DeVargas, and Janette Nuckols; brother-in law David Dorsey; nephews Johnny and Jason DeVargas and Patrick Dorsey; and niece Rae Catherine Nuckols.  She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Watson Bradley, and by her husband, Jim.

We will love and miss them for a long time.
