Jim Clark

Jim D. Clark, 70, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He was born on March 25, 1946 to Lorenzo B. and Lillian (Foytek) Clark of Houston, TX. He served in the US Army and then began a long career with Sandia National Laboratories. Jim enjoyed WWE Wrestling, football, basketball, The Rolling Stones and Classic Rock. Most importantly, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo B. and Lillian Clark. Jim is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jennie Clark, of Albuquerque, NM; children, Vincent Clark of Albuquerque, NM, Susan Clark of Brackenridge, PA, and Angela Gurule and her husband, Jonathon, of St. Cloud, FL; grandchildren, Desiree & Nicholas Clark, Gabriel & Nicole Clark, and Jocelyn, Isaac & Janessa Gurule; and great-granddaughter, Serenity Clark. Viewing and Visitation will be held from 10:30 am until 11:30 am with the Funeral Service to begin at 11:30 am on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque.
