Jeffrey Tovar Portillo, 25, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 10, 2017. He was born on April 22, 1992 in Albuquerque, NM. His warm smile made others feel as if they were the most important person in the world. He loved to make others laugh. Jeffrey was very caring and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an excellent father, son, brother and friend.
He is survived by his parents, Lilia and Charles Andrews, of Albuquerque, NM; son, Uriah Tovar; siblings, Carlos Tovar, Tannia Gonzales, Jacque Andrews, Randy Andrews, and Kat Andrews; girlfriend and Uriah's mother, Amber Gaytan; and many other relatives and friends.
The Rosary and Prayer Service will begin at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Strong-Thorne, 1100 Coal Ave SE. Inurnment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park.
