Howard A. Benson passed away January 7th 2022 in Albuquerque NM. He was a genius with computers and IT and loved building and flying radio control airplanes. He was completely invested in the things that brought him joy and excelled at everything he worked for. He was proceeded in death by his loving mother Lorraine Benson, his wonderful father Paul Benson, his devoted wife Joann Benson, father in law Santiago Lujan, and brothers in law Henry & Kenny Lujan and dear sister in law Elaine Lujan. He is survived by his children by marriage James, Jennifer and Aaron who shared many wonderful memories with him. He had many loving grandchildren who will miss their “Gampie” deeply. He was also very fortunate to have many co workers and neighbors that loved him and took great care when he was in need. We will be forever grateful for their love, kindness and generosity towards Howard. May he rest in peace with his wife Joann.

Howard will be missed and will always have a special place in the hearts of his neighbors in the cul-de-sac and especially for Louise who called him Big brother “Taz”. He was like the calm, level headed brother she never had.
