Our loving sister, aunt and friend, Helene Haruko Saeda, peacefully departed this life on November 29, 2014. She was a beautiful lady, but it was her beauty within that so many remember. She was generous, caring and compassionate. Numerous charities were beneficiaries of her kindness. One impressive achievement must be mentioned. At Albuquerque Federal Savings and Loan, Helene began her career as a trainee and ultimately worked her way up to the first female Vice President in the history of that bank. Helene was born on March 25, 1925. She was preceded in death by her father, Moriichi Saeda, mother, Hisayo Saeda and two of her favorite people, brother-in-law Arthur Togami and nephew Bob Togami. She leaves to cherish her memory, sisters Evelyn Togami and Mary Matsubara (Charlie), brother Thomas Saeda (Mildred), nieces Marcia Togami and Shirley Yonemoto (Roy), nephews Steve Togami and Scott Saeda and a host of great nieces, great nephews, and great, great nieces.
