Helen Marie Roberts, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend was called home by our Lord on Sunday, March 29, 2015. Helen was born in Buffalo, MO. On February 14, 1922 and was a resident of Bosque Farms, NM for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, and son Melvin and two brothers, Ray Nunn and Roy Nunn. She is survived by her sons, Garry and his good friend Carol of Arlington, TX, Roger of Bosque Farms, NM and her daughter-in-law, Mary Ann of Albuquerque, NM, 13 grandchildren, Damian, Darin, Leah, Kim, Shawn, John, Julie, Jackie, Melissa, Allison, Jacob, Christen and Justin, 18 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, brothers Gene Nunn and his wife Peggy of Amarillo, TX, And Byron Nunn and his wife Jenny of Brick, NJ, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Helen owned a successful custom drapery business for over 50 years and will be remembered for her beautiful, creative work and her artistry in her love of china painting. She was deeply loved by her family and friends and everyone will miss her sweet smile, her wonderful sense of humor and her generosity to all. Services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday April 6, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Bosque Farms, 1350 Bosque Farms Blvd., Bosque Farms, New Mexico 87068. Burial services will be conducted at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, New Mexico at 1:00 pm. All funeral arrangements have been handled by Daniels Funeral Home, 1100 Coal Ave., SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106. A reception will be held at 3:00 pm at the Bosque Farms Community Center, 950 North Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, New Mexico.
