Ernest Barranca Olguin
Age 90, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015. He was born on August 25, 1924 to Samuel and Reyna (Barranca) Olguin in Belen, NM. He was the Chief of Reproduction and Warehousing with the Department of Energy in Albuquerque, NM and retired in 1979. Mr. Olguin was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice G. Olguin; son, Eugene Lawrence Olguin; grandson, Matthew Frank Olguin; brothers, Joe Olguin, Adelino Olguin and his wife, Nina, and Alfred Olguin, Jimmy Olguin and wife, Clorie. He is survived by his daughter, Gloria O. Romaine and husband, Randolph, of Lancaster, VA; grandchildren, Michael Olguin and wife, Allison, Martin Olguin and wife, Zanna, Kerri Donnelly, Heather Myers and husband, Brandon, and Gene Matthew Olguin and wife, Brittany; great-grandchildren, Anthony Stone Olguin, Sarah Donnelly, Zoie Olguin, Isabella Olguin, Cameron Myers, Peter Donnelly, Torrin Olguin, Abigail Myers and Kiera Olguin; sister, Mary Garcia and husband, Gilbert; and many other loving family members and friends who will never forget his loving smile. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 10:00 am at Brookdale Place at Valencia, 300 Valencia Drive SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
