She was preceded in death by her parents.

Debra is survived by husband, Gerald Bischoff of Albuquerque, NM; children, Robert Bischoff of Albuquerque, NM, Elizabeth (Roger) Bintner of New Castle, WA, Michael (Katherine McCarthy) Bischoff of New Haven, CT, Mark Bischoff of Albuquerque, NM, and Maria Bischoff of Seattle, WA; brothers, Darwin Smith of Libby, MT, Ernest Smith of Lake Stevens, WA, Douglas Smith of Monroe, WA; sisters, Cinda Snider of Rocklin, CA, Claudia Smith of Goodyear, AZ, Susan Kollmeyer of Arlington, WA, and Natalie Smith of Edmonds, WA; grandchildren, Ashton Bischoff, Caiden Bischoff, Oliver Bintner, and Grace Bintner.

A Rosary will be recited on Friday,September 14, 2018 - at 6:30P.M. Daniels Family Funeral Services Wyoming Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 15, 2018  at 10:00A.M. at Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church.
