Daniel Gutierrez, 89, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015. He was born on March 23, 1926 to Francisco and Lena (McAfee) Gutierrez of Chilili, NM. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Daniel A. Gutierrez. He is survived by his loving wife, Oralia Gutierrez, of Albuquerque, NM; children, Acacio Gutierrez and wife, Martha, of Albuquerque, NM, Anthony Gutierrez of Albuquerque, NM, Donna Gutierrez and husband, Raymond Garcia, of Albuquerque, NM, and Eleanor Mendoza and husband, Mike, of Los Lunas, NM; grandchildren, Ronald Gutierrez, Frances Gutierrez and husband, David, Matthew Gutierrez, Laura Sarabia and husband, Ryan, Lena Mendoza, and Francisco Mendoza; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Lily Keylon, Perfy Marquez and husband, Tony, of Albuquerque, NM; granddaughter-in-law, Stephanie Gutierrez. Cremation has taken place and the Rosary will be recited at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Road SW, Albuquerque. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 10, 2015, also at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Road SW.
