It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clarence W. Filip, who left this world on January 12, 2025. Born on March 13, 1955, he lived a life full of love, dedication and strength.
For 48 beautiful years, he was the beloved husband of Donna, the love of his life. Their enduring bond was a testament to true partnership and devotion. Together, they built a family filled with love and laughter.
Clarence was the proud father of two children: Jennifer (Allen) and Brian (Jessica), who were the light of his life. His legacy of love continues in his cherished grandchildren- Jonathan, Jordynn and Joseph-who brought him endless joy and pride.
He is also survived by his mom, Dorothy Taylor, brother – Michael Filip, and sister – Cheryl Monk. Throughout his life he touched the hearts of everyone he met. His kindness, strength and unwavering love will forever be remembered by family, friends and all who were fortunate to know him.
A visitation and viewing will be held at Strong Thorne Mortuary, located at 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106, on January 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM. A Mass in his honor will take place on January 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM at San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas, NM, followed by interment at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro Drive NE.
Though he is no longer with us, the memories, lessons and love he shared will remain in our hearts forever.
