Carlos "Charlie" Paiz

Carlos “Charlie” Paiz passed away at his home on September 9, 2018 around 0645 AM. Carlos was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 26, 1918 to Carlos Paiz Sr. and Frances Paiz. Charlie moved to California for work in the 1930’s where he met his wife of 76 years, Hazel Emma McCord. Charlie join the Army in 1943 and fought proudly for the United States of America in World War II until 1945. Charlie is preceded by his son, Jerry Paiz, Mom, Dad, his Sister Rita, Brother’s Bobby and Sammy. Charlie is survived by his beautiful wife, Hazel and their three children, Charles “Gee Gee” Paiz, Priscilla Paiz and Allan Paiz. Charlie is also survived by his Sister’s Dora, Mary, Pauline, Jeri, Vangie, Louisa and Brother’s Ron, Billy including his Grandchildren, Chucky, Bridget, Kimberly, Stephanie, Meshie, David, AJ, Eddie, Brandon, Amelia and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Charlie’s memory will continue to live on through us. He will be remembered by many for what he taught and the many blessings he brought to our family. God bless you Charlie, you are now with the Angels.
