Sunrise August 2, 1957 - Sunset October 12, 2015  Alice Yvone Aikens was called home to be with her Lord Monday, October 12, 2015. Married to Johnny Aikens, III for 20 years, she relocated to Aurora, CO. in 1999. She was retired from the Social Security Administration at the time of her death.  Born Alice Yvone Watson August 2, 1957 in Odessa, Texas, the third child of three born to Deloris Randle and Vernell Watson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernell Watson and Deloris Randle, Haywood Randle (her stepfather) and her sister Carolyn Dove. Alice is survived by her husband, John, three children  Ashley Cookes; Alyson Cookes and Alysha Aikens, two grandchildren Joseph Cookes-Campbel and Xavian Fuller, one brother, Darnell Watson, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends and neighbors. Visitation from 9:00am to 11:00am and Memorial Service to follow will be held at Morning Star Baptist Church at 1201 Arno SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015.  To view information or leave a condolence, please visit www.danielsfuneral.com
